Customized outfit: Each garment ordered online is individually created, crafted and designed perfectly in accordance to the specifications provided. As a result, we follow a “No Return No Exchange” policy to aid us in delivering the very best and latest in Indian fashion.

***Kindly be informed that Vastrakala (Vastrakala.net)) will not be able to refund or exchange any online sales under any circumstances. Vastrakala (Vastrakala.net)) firmly believes that all customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor/Mobile Screen may be slightly different as compared to the color of the actual outfit ordered. Vastrakala (Vastrakala.net)) trusts and has faith in its customers or making its online venture successful so that every year Vastrakala (Vastrakala.net)) can deliver and probably exceed customer expectations.

Standard Size: Refundable within 7 days after delivery.

Custom charges if held in case of outfit refund will be borne by the customer. Vastra Kala, Phagwara is not entitled to the same.
Your outfits once received will be inspected by our team as per the reason for your refund. You will be notified of the rejection or approval of your refund.
On approval, you will be notified of the payment initiation in the same means of payment done for that outfit within a few days.
